Reins & Roots CIC is overseen by a board of directors responsible for governance, safeguarding and strategic direction.

The board meets regularly to review operations, safeguarding and financial oversight.
Conflict of Interest
Where services are delivered in partnership with The Orchard facilities, related party transactions are declared and approved in accordance with conflict of interest policies.
All financial arrangements are transparent and reflect fair market value.
Safeguarding
We are committed to safeguarding children, young people and vulnerable adults.

Insurance
Reins & Roots CIC maintains appropriate public liability and professional indemnity insurance.
Sessions are delivered in partnership with Orchard facilities, which hold their own premises and equine insurance.
Financial Transparency
As a Community Interest Company, we submit annual accounts and reports in line with Companies House and CIC Regulator requirements.
All funds raised are used to further our community benefit objectives.
